Process
Preparation:
- We start our process off by making eye contact and introducing ourselves to everyone who is in the room when we enter.
- We then ask to walk the home/building with the customer and have them point out all registers and the furnace.
- During the walk through we make it our focus to explain our steps so they understand our process and the value we are adding.
- Our last step before getting started is to show our cleaned and sanitized equipment.
Cleaning:
- First we scratch and polish the registers and boots to remove items such as texture, paint, insects, etc…
- Followed by removing any large debris that is accessible to a portable vacuum.
- We seal each register for best results once negative air is tied to the system.
- We then tie in negative air to ensure the required suction is in place.
- Once under negative air pressure, we run viper cleaning rods through the duct work with air whips at the end of the line to ensure all walls are agitated resulting in dust and allergens being airborne within the duct work and removed from your home in our negative air machine filters.
- Finally, we agitate and remove dust and debris from the blower motor and face of the furnace.
Quality Control:
- To ensure quality, we inspect accessible internal surfaces in duct work to ensure cleaning is thorough and complete.
- We then run the HVAC system to ensure that the system is fully operational.
- After all work is done, we complete a final walk through with vacuum and duster to ensure all work areas are as clean as or cleaner than their state prior to the air duct cleaning service.
- Our last step is to show our filters and vacuums after the cleaning. Since we start with clean and sanitized equipment that is viewed at the beginning of the process, it is easy to see what was removed from the system.
