  • Air Duct Cleaning

    • How often should I get my air ducts cleaned?
It is recommended every 3-5 years. If you’ve had remodeling done, live in a dusty environment, or have pets, you may need it done more frequently.
    • I noticed that your air duct cleaning includes a “furnace cleaning” is this the same as a furnace service?
Our furnace service goes above and beyond the furnace cleaning that is included in the air duct cleaning service. These services should be scheduled separately when needed. If both services are needed we recommend having the air ducts and furnace cleaned prior to having it serviced, but can be completed after if that is better for your availability based on our calendar!
    • Is it ok to have my pets at home during the air duct cleaning?
Absolutely. Friendly dogs and cats are usually fine, although if they are escape artists we will work with you to keep them safe from escape. During the air duct cleaning, we run a compressed air line in through the front door. The door will be propped open about 1” with a door stop, but this might not be sufficient depending on your animals.
    • Is it ok to be home during the air duct cleaning?
Absolutely. You are more than welcome to stay during the cleaning, we like to show off our equipment and air duct cleaning process. The process can be pretty noisy as we work from room to room as well as a constant noise from the furnace area and at our van.
  • Air Duct Repair

    • Do you offer air duct repair services?
No. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer air duct repair services, but if they need to be cleaned we are happy to help!
  • Furnaces

    • What furnace filter to you recommend?
We don’t currently sell air filters with our air duct cleaning. We strongly recommend that you use a MERV 11 or MERV 13 air filter with as many pleats as possible. Use the largest size filter possible, if your furnace or filter cabinet has room for a 4” filter, we strongly recommend using a 4” filter.
